Should you require a visa, we will of course assist you. After you have paid the full course fee, we will send a copy of the confirmation of your payment to the Austrian Embassy in your own country. If you do not succeed in getting a visa, we will pay you the full course fee back minus the bank charges and a € 40,- administration fee. In order to receive a refund, a copy of the letter of refusal from the Austrian consulate must be sent to our office in Vienna at least 7 days before the official start of the course. In case you need any documents for the visa to be sent to you by express post, the relevant costs for the express mail will be charged to you.
